I am Ebony Unique Pengel, a CEO, ordained minister, Zumba instructor, trained improvisational actor, and proud mother of three amazing adult children. With a passion for development and a love for community engagement, I've embarked on this journey to support non-profit organizations in reaching their full potential.

Having witnessed the dedication of non-profit staff and the challenges they face, I founded Unique Consults to provide the support and resources they need to thrive. My belief in the power of meaningful relationships and community drives everything I do. I’m convinced that a thriving organization is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and a shared mission. Similar to any successful venture needing a sturdy foundation, the well-being of its staff and the fulfillment of its purpose are equally essential. This is why I'm committed to helping organizations create environments where their staff can flourish.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I cherish spending time with my family, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new places, and staying active through dance and wellness activities. I thrive on variety and am always eager to try new experiences, whether it's tackling a challenging puzzle or diving into a new hobby.

I'm a firm believer that you can't show up for others if you're not showing up for yourself. So I do my best to maintain good self-care routines like: meditation, massages, journaling, therapy, laughing, dancing and practicing daily gratitude. I am grateful everyday for the amazing circle of friends I have, the love that surrounds me everyday, having access to resources, the mindset to know that the possibilities of greater things to come are endless, and so much more!
