Facilitating meetings and trainings can be intimidating, especially if you don't feel confident in your skills. Our Lunch and Learn program is designed to help you overcome those challenges. You'll learn the best practices for running successful meetings and facilitating productive discussions. And you'll walk away with a better understanding of how to optimize your skills to take your facilitation to the next level. These sessions are offered virtually for FREE once per quarter, and space is limited to 15 participants.

Train the Trainer
Delivering effective training is about more than just speaking to a group. That's why I've developed a training program designed to provide you with the skills and resources you need to engage with your participants in a meaningful way. This training is specifically intended for people who deliver training but aren't trained facilitators. There is a difference between speaking at and engaging with your audience, and I want to help you bridge that gap.
This 10-hour course can be conducted individually or in a group setting, scheduled across multiple sessions to suit capacity limitations and provide time for practical application in between sessions.
