Training Offerings

At Unique Consults, I don’t just deliver training. I design experiences that stick. Whether it’s leadership, team building, communication, facilitation skills, or conflict resolution, my trainings are interactive, practical, and built with your people in mind.

Every session is grounded in real-world application; no fluff, no nonsense... just tools, strategies, and conversations that move people forward. I specialize in creating a space where folks feel welcome to engage, reflect, and learn skills they can use the next day.

Because I understand how training can sometimes feel like a disruption to the day-to-day, I’m that much more intentional about making every moment count. When done right, training isn’t just a time-out. It’s a strategic investment that improves morale, strengthens retention, and helps teams work smarter, not harder.

Training can be virtual or in-person, but either way, you’ll get my full energy and expertise.

And if you’ve got a training idea you’re struggling to bring to life, or you know your team needs something but you’re not quite sure what.
Let’s build it together! Customized workshops are my jam, and I’d love to help you shape something meaningful.

DiSC Training

As a Certified DiSC Practitioner and Licensed Wiley Partner, I bring more than just slides and worksheets. I bring a framework backed by decades of research that helps teams understand each other, communicate more effectively, and get things done with less friction.

DiSC training goes beyond surface-level team building. It provides powerful insights into how individuals communicate, make decisions, handle conflict, and respond under stress. With this understanding, your team learns how to connect more effectively, collaborate more efficiently, and build stronger professional relationships.

Whether you’re an organizational leader, a board member, or part of a department team, DiSC offers a proven framework for improving communication and overall team dynamics. It’s especially valuable for those navigating change, onboarding new team members, or looking to reduce friction and boost productivity.

Each training is thoughtfully customized to meet the needs of your group. From the examples we use to the activities we build in, the session will reflect your real-world challenges—not a generic script.

What to expect:

  • Individual personalized DiSC profile report

  • Lifetime access to Catalyst, an interactive platform that breaks down how their communication style fits with others on the team

  • Real strategies to bridge communication gaps, navigate conflict, and collaborate with intention

  • Minimum session time is 4 hours

  • Offered virtually or in-person (depending on location and availability)

  • Designed for leadership teams, support staff, boards, or mixed groups

If you’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, you may be eligible for special discounted pricing.

Let’s help your team understand each other better, communicate with intention, and build a workplace culture where everyone can thrive.
